At Chapelford Medical Centre we are continually working to ensure that our patients have a positive experience. We aim to provide the highest standards of care to all our patients.
We accept that sometimes you may have some comments, suggestions or complaints about your experience that you wish to share with the us.
We welcome your feedback to help the Practice continually improve the services we provide.
There are two ways you can do this:
Often the best way of raising a concern is to speak to a member of staff directly or ask to speak to a member of the Practice Management Team. In many cases the matter can be promptly resolved to your satisfaction.
